Inaugural Bliss!

Hello, my Loverlies!  Hope everyone is having a happy, blessed and prosperous year so far.  I know we are just moving into the third week of the year but so much has happened already, both good and bad.  It's just an indication that much prayer is needed for us to get through the coming days.

But today is a historical day in more ways than one.  Not only is it Inaugural Day but it is also the day we celebrate the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Now on to the important stuff...I love our First Lady.  Her fashion sense is unprecedented and her ability to take understated chic to the stratosphere is unmatched.  I love the fact that she gives young designers an opportunity to showcase their talent at the height of the political spectrum.  She is very well aware, I'm sure, of the influence her choices will have on the fashion industry as well as fashionistas everywhere.  Her daughters are equally as elegant as their mom and IMO, this is truly the most beautiful First Family since the Kennedy era.

So to the First Family of the United States, you are the epitome of Cultural Chic.
